Send us the details in your request! When we say details, we mean DETAILS - Event color-scheme, event theme, celebrant name(s) if you would like them included on cookies, etc. We want to know the story you want to tell through edible art!
Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply. Though we can sometimes reply quicker, our day is literally in the kitchen / studio creating.
Once we receive and confirm availability, an invoice for payment and conceptual sketches will be sent to you.

We recommend 2–4 weeks in advance. Popular dates (like around holidays) book quickly. The sooner you reach out, the better!

Sometimes! Please know for order requests less than 14 days, a 20% rush fee will be added to your order. Please see our Services & Pricing page for additional details

Cookies are sold by the baker’s dozen; 13.
If you require a specific number of cookies or need just a few extra to complete your set, individual cookies can be added on after the minimum 1 baker’s dozen (in any design level) is met.

We can use it as inspiration only, but we do not replicate designs exactly. Every set is uniquely created in our style just for your event.

At the moment we do not. Currently testing recipes to include in the future, but are not available at the moment.
Yes, cookies are nut-free, however are not made in a nut-free space.

Long answer short: unfortunately no.
Main reason: Cookies are delicate and even though great lengths can be taken to wrap with bubble and paper wrap, I trust me, but not so much the shippers. Something can break and would hate for them to arrive broken.
Therefore, local pick-up and local delivery only.

Standard pick-up days are Tuesdays and Fridays and standard pick-up times are 11:30AM-12:00PM or 4:30PM-5:00PM.
Please advise your preferred pick-up window time at the time of order. Should you require a specific time and/or day outside of these hours, please advise and we can work with you for scheduling.
Pick-up location in Seattle’s Georgetown district as well as detailed pick-up info will be outlined in your invoice.

Delivery is available to most areas in Washington, Monday through Friday. Please include delivery address at time of inquiry for invoicing and scheduling.
All deliveries (personal and corporate/business orders) will incur a delivery fee from our location in Seattle’s Georgetown district as follows:
1 mile to 5 miles - $25
6 miles to 10 miles - $35
11 miles to 15 miles - $45
16 miles to 20 miles - $55
21+ miles - Please inquire
Weekend delivery is available and will incur an additional $20.00 fee on top of the delivery charges.

Custom Designed Cookies: Can last at room temperature for up to 14 days if 1. Kept out of direct sunlight and 2. Left in the sealed bag they are in. If you need them to last longer, cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months.
Ube Crinkle Bombs: Consume within three days of hand-off. Best kept at room temperature in a snap-lid container.

Each set takes time to plan, create, and decorate by hand—down to the smallest detail. We’re not just making cookies, we’re creating something that’s meant to complement your event or showcase your celebrant, and leave a lasting impression.
We understand they’re not in every budget, which is why we offer different design levels to give flexibility while still maintaining the quality and care we’re known for.
If you break it down, our custom cookies start at $6.80 and go up from there depending on the design level you select.
A baker’s flavor choice discount is also available to help alleviate pricing as well. Please refer to the Services & Pricing page for details.
